reknowned Milwaukee firm of Ferry and
Clas; architects of the Pabst Mansion,
the Auditorium, and the Central Milwaukee
Public Library, was renovated by the
current owner according to State Historic
Tax Credit requirements. Louis Wasserman
provided the Part I, Part II, Part III
and the construction documents that
defined this renovation. M. Caren
Connolly authored the National Register
of Historic Places nomination papers.
The project has been recommended for
nomination, final determination is
expected in early 2008.
